STEP 1

We will meet with you in office, at your home, or over the phone. We will get to know you and understand your injuries.

We will help you find doctors, get a rental car, determine liability, sort out insurance issues, and create a case time-line.

Once you are done with treatment, we will gather records, including wage loss or any other losses and write a "demand" for the insurer.

We will attempt to resolve the claim with all insurers. However, it is against firm policy to accept an offer that is not in your best interests.

If your case does not settle fairly, we will file suit and litigate your case to trial if necessary.
